PFTrack Solo Edition – Sales Terms

Please read these sales terms before you buy PFTrack Solo Edition. By buying, you agree to these terms and to the PFTrack Solo Edition End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. About These Terms

These terms are a contract between you (the customer) and The Pixel Farm Ltd (the company selling the software).

They cover your online purchase of one PFTrack Solo Edition license.

2. Try Before You Buy

PFTrack Solo Edition has a free “Discovery Mode”. You should use Discovery Mode to check if the software works on your computer and is right for your needs prior to purchase.

All sales of PFTrack Solo Edition are final. Refunds will not be issued unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate, written agreement with The Pixel Farm Ltd, or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. What You Are Buying

You are buying a single, perpetual (no expiry) license with a one-off payment. The license grants use of the PFTrack Solo Edition desktop software under the terms of the PFTrack Solo Edition EULA. The license is not upgradable to either the Studio or Enterprise edition.

4. How to Order and Pay

You will pay online with a credit card, debit card, or another payment method chosen from those made available at checkout.

Different payment methods may be available in different geographic locations.

Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your payment and contact details are managed and stored by Stripe, not The Pixel Farm.

5. Prices and Payment

Purchase is in British Pounds (GBP). Any local sales tax (such as VAT) will be added at checkout if required, based on your location.

You must pay the full amount, including any applicable taxes, at checkout before you get your license.

A receipt for your purchase is provided by Stripe and will be sent to your email address. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address, and keep your receipt and email for future reference.

6. Getting Your License

After your payment is confirmed by Stripe, the software will automatically update and unlock full access. You will no longer be in Discovery mode.

7. Refunds and Payment Issues

If you have a question about your payment, contact The Pixel Farm’s sales support service using the contact details provided in your receipt email.

All refund requests are handled by Stripe, not by The Pixel Farm.

8. Which Law Applies

English law applies to these terms and your purchase. Any dispute will be handled by courts in England.

9. Changes to Sales Terms

The Pixel Farm reserves the right to modify these Sales Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on The Pixel Farm's website and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. This Agreement

By clicking “Buy” and completing your purchase:

  - You agree to these sales terms;

  - You confirm you have used PFTrack Solo Edition in Discovery mode and checked it is suitable for you;

  - You accept the terms of the PFTrack Solo Edition EULA; and

  - You acknowledge that refunds and payment support are managed by Stripe.
