User Support is available through the Help menu at the top-left of the PFTrack window.
You can sign up to our support community to ask questions and get help using the tools available in PFTrack.
In addition, you can also report a problem directly to The Pixel Farm's support team, which will include your PFTrack log file in the message. This will be sent directly to our support team and NOT to the public forum, so you can be assured any information in the log file or message will not be made public.
