Reporting a problem

 

You can report a problem you've encountered when running PFTrack by choosing the Report a problem option from the Help menu and entering the relevant information in the window:

- Your name

- The title for your bug report

- Description of your bug request

We don’t mind reading lots of information, the more details you provide, the better we can track down and fix the problem.

When you are ready to send us your feedback. You can do that by clicking on the send request button.

Click the continue button to close the window. Your feedback will be sent directly to our development team.

 

Please note: we are not able to respond directly to bug reports, but our development team will review all submissions and take appropriate action to fix any problems in future versions of PFTrack.
