Ticketed support is available to Studio and Enterprise customers, and may require an additional purchase to access.
Once your request is resolved to your satisfaction, a member our support team will close your ticket for you and you will be able to open another if needed.
You will see the message status change from Open to Closed.
Alternatively, if you wish to close a ticket yourself you can do so by clicking the
button in the ticket message window.
