Network Configuration

In order to access any online functionality such as online subscription licensing, message notifications or in-app user support (for Enterprise customers), PFTrack needs to be able to communicate with The Pixel Farm's servers over the following ports:

If you need to use any of this functionality, please ensure access to this server is allowed in your network firewall.

Proxy servers

If a proxy server is being used, PFTrack will attempt to use the system proxy settings for any network communication.

On Linux, the http_proxy and/or https_proxy environment variables may be used to specify the location of the proxy server. Please check your system documentation for further information.
