Authorising a Computer

In order to run PFTrack on a computer you must authorise the computer for use first of all. A single computer can be authorised to run PFTrack at any one time, although you can easily deauthorise one computer and then authorise another if you wish to move your subscription to another computer.

To authorise a computer:

1. Start the authorisation process by clicking the Start Subscription button in the User Dashboard.


2. Log in to https://pftrack.thepixelfarm.co.uk and start your subscription if you have not done so already.


3. Open the Authorise webpage and the click the Authorise button.


4. An authorization code will be displayed on the webpage, and you must enter this code into PFTrack and click the Accept button. To avoid any errors, you can click the Copy button to copy the code, and then click the Paste button in PFTrack.


5. Once the authorization code is accepted, click the Next button to start using PFTrack.

De-authorizing a Computer

If you want to change which computer is authorised to run PFTrack, just log in to https://pftrack.thepixelfarm.co.uk and click the De-authorise button next to your computer on the Authorise webpage.

Once a computer is de-authorised, it won't be able to run PFTrack until it is authorised again.
